Keep Your 2018 Resolutions Alive at Ross & Hall!
Most, if not all of us, are trying to be healthier in 2018! There are crazy fad diets, and diets where it seems all you do is drink water. Thankfully, here at Ross & Hall we have some amazingly delicious options that are pretty diet friendly! So, no longer do you have to feel like you have to eat at home and eat bland food—today we are going to tell you some menu options (both on our brunch menu and dinner menu) that you can work into your diet! As for our drink menu… well, that’s up for you to decide (I mean, Bloody Mary’s do have tomato juice in it)!
Diet Friendly Options at Ross & Hall!
We don’t see why meals that are good for you can’t be packed with flavor, too! So, we made sure to include some amazing options on our menu that won’t ruin your diet!
Although it’s named “Flat-Top”, this omelet is packed with flavor! Filled with bacon, black forest ham, caramelized onions, and gruyere! With toast and purple potato bacon’d hash on the side! Yeah, we don’t mess around when it comes to breakfast— it is the most important meal of the day!
Italia Egg White Frittata
Egg whites! Healthy! But flavorful, we promise! This frittata is filled with: arugula, basil, tomato, mushroom, parmesan, and goat cheese. Drizzled with a balsamic reduction, and on the side, you will get veggie sausage and toast! Filled with so much flavor and deliciousness you won’t even realize it’s healthy!
Not-your-average salad, that is for sure! We are obsessed with the Silver Bowl! Filled with crisp romaine and topped with: bacon, grapes, oranges, red bell peppers, and spicy chicken! Then served with Caesar and balsamic dressing. Seriously, it’s so good that our mouths are watering while we write this (excuse us while we quickly order this salad now…).
Fish and salad put together—the ultimate diet meal (but R&H brings the flavor, don’t worry)! The tuna is going to be seared rare (the way it should be) and placed on top of a bed of napa cabbage that is filled with cucumber, radishes, carrots, and peanuts. With that, you’re going to get a delicious miso vinaigrette! In the words of Guy Fieri, welcome to Flavortown!
Our salmon is going to do everything that it can to help you forget the word “diet”. The sauce on the fish is absolutely amazing—sweet and sour, you just cannot go wrong! Next to our knockout fish will be broccolini and yellow rice—an absolute show-stopper.
Chicken seems to be a staple for most diets—but this is so much better than your normal, bland chicken you are used to! It comes with oven dried tomatoes, crispy polenta, and pan sauce—you will never want chicken another way! It’s filled with so much flavor, you will definitely forget you’re on a diet!
