Updated Eats at Ross & Hall!
We told you that we would be taking your suggestions and ideas to heart once we opened—and we did just that! When our menu first came out, we were just excited to be able to serve the great people of Dallas some amazing food. We promised you: brunch, a Bloody Mary bar, daily specials, a more extensive wine list, and a permanent menu—here we are living up to our word!
New & Always Improving
We wanted to be the go-to beer garten for many, and we have been able to accomplish that! But, we wanted to make sure that we updated our menu and added some new and exciting items to it! We will continue to not only accept, but encourage our patrons to give us feedback on what we have on the menu—whether you love it or it wasn’t for you, let us know so we can make the menu as great as it can and should be!
Next time you stop by, try one of the new items on our menu! We know, it is pretty hard to stray from your favorite dish, but give it a shot… we promise, you’ll love anything from Ross & Hall!
Shrimp & Gnocchi
It’s sounds as good as it tastes… and it is as fancy as you think it is! Beautifully plump shrimp are accompanied by gnocchi, and more! Along with this you will also get: andouille sausage, caramelized onions, burst tomatoes, spinach, parmesan, and roasted cream corn! That’s right—you get all of that when you order this dish! We understand if you’re drooling right now.
Stutz Smoked Ribs
It’s Texas, so you know we’re going to have some darn good ribs! If you’re feeling really ambitious (or hangry, or you just really like ribs), go for the full rack! If you feel like that’s too much for you, the half rack is the best way to go! On the side you’ll get some chipotle potato salad and honey corn! Tastes like a picnic but is best enjoyed in our beer garten!
Blackened Cajun chicken, this bad boy will creep up on you with the level of spice! Best served with a pint of your favorite beer, we swear by it! When you order this dish, you get some tasty sides to compliment the chicken: sweet onion relish, black rice pilaf, and wilted spinach. Try to keep the rice for last if you’re a spice weenie, you might need the help!
Everything really is better in Texas… Our Texas redfish is served with: cauliflower mash, chickpea and poblano hash, and a smoked tomato butter. You never knew you were missing this in your life, but we know you’re going to fall in love with it. This is also a great option if you want to stay on the lighter side!
