Mediterranean Salad

Perhaps to be considered the pinnacle of refreshing, our Mediterranean salad is chock full of flavor. A favorite for any day of the week, it comes with artichokes, olives, crispy bell peppers and tomatoes all tossed in a fresh feta vinaigrette.  A side of hummus, some feta and a warm pita round this salad out perfectly. Chicken or shrimp can be added to make these a truly protein-packed meal. Remember, if you visit us on a Thursday our salads are priced at under $10 each!

It’s no surprise that we pack a strong specialties game! One of our newest menu items, the Texas Redfish is so insanely delicious that you’ll instantly forget you're cutting back on calories. It’s served with cauliflower mash and a healthy chickpea & poblano pepper hash. We usually top it with smoked tomato butter but you can always ask for it on the side and attempt some self-control on the butter front. 

Italia Egg White Frittata

Don’t you worry, we didn’t forget the brunch crowd when we were cooking up summer-body friendly menu ideas. Our Italia egg white frittata brings major depth of flavor with every bite. It is made with arugula, basil, tomato, mushroom, parmesan, goat cheese and a balsamic reduction. Veggie sausage adds some extra protein to round out the egg whites. If you’re really trying to cut carbs, we recommend forgoing the toast that it comes with and opting for some fresh fruit on the side instead.
