The Low-Down on Our Newest Menu Items

The team here at Ross & Hall Kitchen + Beer Garten is always working up new menu item ideas. We’re especially excited to shine the spotlight on a few of our newest menu items. Each of them was carefully created with the intention of delighting our guests with each flavorful bite!


Country Fried Steak

Our take on a true classic, our country fried steak is prepared in a skillet and served up with only the most appropriate of side accompaniments. Pillowy buttered mashed potatoes, broccoli and cornbread muffins, of course! Don’t for a second think we forgot the country gravy. 

Cajun Chicken

An ode to Cajun cuisine, our Cajun chicken entrée is blackened and served on a bed of black rice pilaf and wilted spinach. This savory-sweet combo features blackened chicken and a sweet onion relish. 

Stutz Smoked Ribs

Any omnivore will appreciate this hearty option, our Stutz smoked ribs. Available in half and full rack orders, our tender ribs are so fresh that they still have an aroma of wood smoke when they come out. Paired with honey corn and chipotle potato salad, this is a deliciously balanced meal. 

Texas Redfish

Don’t you worry about a thing, we didn’t dare forget about our pescatarian friends! We’re really bringing the smoked flavor here as this delicacy is topped with smoked tomato butter. Served on cauliflower mash and a chickpea & poblano hash, it checks the health-conscious boxes, too! 

Caramel Cheesecake

The brûléed bananas and blackberries on our cheesecake create the perfect texture for a dessert item that is quickly becoming a fan favorite. Did we mention that it’s caramel cheesecake? Talk about the triple trifecta of components.
