Spring has arrived in Dallas and with it the blooming flowers, plenty of daylight and perfect temperatures. Here at Ross & Hall we’re serving up tons of refreshing dishes that perfectly complement the arrival of this new season.
Starter & Salad
Our southwest hummus is the perfect way to kick off a fresh meal at Ross & Hall. Served up with fresh carrots, celery, and toasted whole wheat pita, it’s the perfect Segway to a generous salad. You truly can’t go wrong with any of our five salad options. For those wanting to play it safe, the R&H chicken caesar is the way to go, with romaine, a manchego and parmesan cheese blend, and house-made croutons. The spinach salad, served with grilled chicken, bacon, mushrooms, onions and your choice of dressing is another option that won’t leave you feeling overly stuffed.
If you’re looking for something a bit more hearty, opt for one of our sandwich options. The tuna sandwich features blackened tuna seared rare, served with spicy napa slaw, avocado, tomato, and spicy mayo – it doesn’t get much fresher than that! Alternatively, give the R&H chicken sandwich a try, opt to have your chicken served grilled as opposed to fried.

Cut to order, the fresh ribeye we make for the R&H steak entrée is truly out of this world. Served with sautéed mushrooms and onions, red wine demi, house veggies, and house cut fries – it’s the perfect indulgence if you’re looking to go all out.
