Maintaining that summer body doesn’t mean you can’t go out and enjoy social activities with friends! At Ross & Hall we have plenty of summer body friendly menu items that won’t derail you from all of your sun-soaked activities. 

Mouth Watering Starters 

Vegetarian friendly and protein-packed, our southwest hummus starter is a fresh and filling options. Served with carrots, celery, and toasted whole wheat pita, it’s the perfect pre-entrée option. For those looking for a more hearty option, opt for R&H wings. 

Show Stopper Salads

With a wide range of salad dressings and five equally fresh options to choose from, you won’t have an easy time landing on the salad of your choice. The sesame crusted tuna is a favorite, seared rare and served with spicy napa slaw, cucumbers, carrots and drizzled with miso vinaigrette. The Mediterranean salad is another show stopper packed with artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, bell peppers, tomatoes, feta, hummus, and warm pita with your choice of dressing. 

Flavor Packed Entrees 

With a tiny bit of modification, a few of our entrees are packed with flavor yet still summer body friendly. The smoked pork chop is normally served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Swap out the mashed potatoes for house veggies to keep the health factor in check! The R&H steak is comprised of fresh ribeye cut to order. Served with sautéed mushrooms and onions, red win demi, house veggies, and house cut fries.
